Note from Management

The fund continued to perform against expectations in the first month of trading in 2021. "Stay-at-home" plays, (Apple, Okta, ServiceNow) provided steady exposure to dominant, pandemic hardened companies, while "Reopening" plays (Coca-Cola, The Williams Companies, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, Las Vegas Sands) capitalized on the inherent volatility around positive vaccine news. The ebb and flow of these two trends powered the hyper-cyclical returns (multiple cycles within a trading week) necessary for the continuous augmentation of the Fund's ROI. The Fund also benefited from the unprecedented short-squeeze induced volatility seen in the last week of January trading.

CrossWinds Capital Dividend

Aggressive plays and strong trading drove the Investor Class A Dividend up to $804.89 in January trading. This represents a 20.12% dividend yield on underlying Class A Investments. For comparison, the highest dividend yield currently held in the portfolio is AT&T at 7.27%.

On March 31st, the targeted "Dividend Payout Date", Class A Investors will be able to exercise the following actions:

  • Automatic Reinvestment: Great for compounding the anticipated returns of the CrossWinds Capital Fund.
